Will my agents know they are being tested?
No. That is what makes the results real. You approve the audit; your agents only see buyer enquiries on WhatsApp.
Do the test enquiries affect our SuperAgent or TruBroker badge?
They go to your agency’s WhatsApp directly, not through Property Finder or Bayut listings, so they are not portal leads.
What is the certificate?
Every audited agency gets a digital certificate with its level and the audit date: Platinum for the top 1% of audited agencies, Gold for the top 10%, Silver for the top 30%, and Audited for the rest. You can put it on your website, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Instagram or WhatsApp Business profile, and audit again to move up a level.
