Pricing questions
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. The first month is free, and after that you can stop at the end of any month. There is no setup fee and no minimum number of viewings.
What if the assistant books a buyer who is not a good fit?
Tell us within the week and we review the chat with you. If the buyer did not meet the qualifying questions you set, that viewing is taken off your statement.
What if we disagree with a viewing on the statement?
Every viewing on the weekly statement links to the chat that booked it, so you can check each one. Flag any line before the monthly invoice and we sort it out together.
How do we pay?
We send one invoice a month for the viewings on that month’s statements. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
We run more than 100 viewings a month. Is there volume pricing?
Yes. For high volumes or a developer launch, talk to us and we will agree a price per viewing that fits your numbers.
