Privacy policy

Demo requests. When you fill in the form on this site we receive your name, your agency, your WhatsApp number and anything else you choose to add: your email, your monthly lead volume, your main lead source and your CRM.

WhatsApp messages. When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your messages, your WhatsApp profile name and either your phone number or, if you use a WhatsApp username, the ID and username WhatsApp gives us instead.

Visits to this site. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Only to reply to you: to set up and run your demo, to answer your questions on WhatsApp or by email and to book calls in our calendar.

We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers or add you to marketing lists.

We use a few providers to run the service. Each one handles your information only to do its part:

• Vercel hosts this website and receives the form.
• Amazon Web Services runs our server and database, in Sydney, Australia.
• Meta (WhatsApp) delivers WhatsApp messages between you and us.
• Resend and Zoho send and receive our email.
• Google Calendar holds the calls we book with you.
• Cloudflare runs our domain and the cookie-free analytics above.

We keep demo requests and WhatsApp conversations while we’re talking with you or working together, and delete them when they’re no longer needed or when you ask.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email [email protected] or tell us in the WhatsApp chat, with the number or WhatsApp username you used. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

If you’d rather we stop messaging you on WhatsApp, say so in the chat and we will.

When a brokerage uses a SimbaForge assistant, the assistant talks to that brokerage’s buyers on the brokerage’s behalf. The brokerage decides what is collected and how long it is kept, and its own privacy policy applies. Buyers can contact the brokerage, or us, to have their conversations deleted.
